Makes you want to curl up and die.
And what happens when a huge, shining star retreats into its core?
What happens when it shrinks and collapses?
It becomes a singularity so dense, so extremely packed full of itself, that its force of attraction becomes the greatest force in the universe. And nothing can escape its clutch, not matter, not electromagnetic waves, not even light. Even though light travels at the fastest speed in the world. Once past the event horizon, it's over.
Fatal attraction.
